The building in Zetland’s apartments are relatively new compared to other suburbs. The suburb is not densely populated, and is very safe at night. There are trees and parks in the suburb for people to take a rest after working. Big supermarkets including Coles and Woolworth provides all daily necessities we need.

ENVIRONMENT

The environment in Zetland is pretty pleasant. To begin with, numerous trees have been planted here, forming a beautiful green landscape. Although it’s a new suburb, there are many huge trees. What’s more, there are 4 public parks in the north of Zetland, so it’s quite comfort to live in Zetland.

DISTANCE to Uni

Zetland is a suburb from which is easy to get anywhere else. For instance, it takes only 7 minutes for residences to get to the airport by train, and it is only 2.6 kilometers from the USYD. However, though it is around the city center, there are not many buses to catch, which means taking public transport sometimes will cost more time than walk. As a result, it is recommended to ride a bike. Riding to the USYD would takes only 11 minutes compared with walking for more than an hour.
